Talk about tenure! This learned Fellowe is an educator emeritus at the College of Magical Knowledge. He's so old, in fact, that he may not even know that the owl he pulls behind him is stuffed. You always know when he's approaching by the sound of his shuffling feet and the owl's squeaking wheels. His owl's wheels are symbolic: the wheels of the professor's mind may be squeaky as well, but they're still turning. And his candle still burns brightly, so-like a wine that gets better with age - his knowledge is tempered with wisdom.
