Refund Policy

Greenwich Workshop has a 15-day return policy on any art that arrives damaged from the carrier or there is an imperfection.  We urge you to open the artwork and inspect it upon receipt because we will not accept returns on damaged artwork after the 15-day window of receipt of the artwork.  

All orders are considered final sales unless previous arrangements have been made in advance of the purchase, or there is an issue as stated above.

Please call us to discuss any issues with your purchase and if you are not 100% satisfied and we will discuss options for a return or exchange.  

Shipping

Free Shipping applies to orders totaling $400 or more sent to destinations within the Continental United States.

The standard shipping rate for orders less than $400 is $25.00 per package (for destinations within the Continental United States.)
The processing time for all orders is up to 2 weeks.  We process orders as soon as possible in the order they are received.

Rush shipping is available upon request. We do charge a $25 fee to rush a shipment out.  Please call or email us for shipping pricing.
Our preferred shippers are UPS and USPS.

We ensure to package and ship the artwork to you in Mint condition.

International Shipping

We ship all international packages via UPS and customs WILL NOT be included in the shipping price. USPS is upon request and the customer is responsible for paying the customs once the package arrives in the country.

Shipping to Canada

Orders to Canada ship for $50. Orders may be shipped flat or rolled in an extra-wide heavy-duty tube to assure that the art arrives safely. If you prefer rolled or flat packing, please let us know.

Shipping to Europe

Orders are shipped rolled for $100 in an extra wide heavy-duty tube to assure that the art arrives safely. If you prefer that we ship your order packed flat, please let us know.
