Brown Bear

This brown bear is painted as part of his surroundings, existing, as he has, with the land for many centuries. He stands here testing the air, wary of any intruders who may wander into his domain. The brown bears are found in the coastal areas of western Canada and southern Alaska and on many of the major offshore islands.
