Making Memories

“One of the real thrills of my year was the chance to take my dad fishing,” John said when asked about the inspiration for his latest piece. “My father and I went down to Portage Lakes at Dusty’s Marina where I keep my boat and I got him an old-fashioned fishing cane pole. We hadn’t been fishing in years and the sight of him fishing on the dock was an inspiration. We are so blessed to spend time with loved ones and it was a real joy to spend this time with him. For the record, he caught more fish than I did.”
