Nine Lives Suite 1: Snowshoe, Persian & British Blue Shorthair

"I think that any collector of my work knows that I love pets in general and cats in particular. As an artist, I am fascinated by them and have spent many happy hours studying their expressive, wonderful faces. I especially worked hard on their eyes to capture both their serene and wild nature.

"That is what inspired me to embark on this series 'Nine Lives.' Each series has one longhair and two shorthair breeds. There is a lot of variety in each face and among the breeds I've chosen."
