Details

"My wife, Jean and I took a trip to Wyoming. Jean's mother accompanied us on the way down and was going to stay with some old friends who have a ranch near Pinedale. As we were leaving the ranch some of their sheep were passing by the corrals. The sun was about to set and was streaking through the corrals, hitting the backs of the sheep here and there and casting long shadows on the well-beaten ground. The sky at that altitude (7200 feet) is an intense blue and objects in the shadow reflect that blue."
