SNOWSTORM

"I wanted to give you the feeling of being out where the rim rock meets the high desert plain with all these geese coming in. It's very impressive to be there when they land. It's almost as if the sky opens up and they drop down like big flying snowballs. "We get the treat of seeing them only a couple of times a year but they are worth waiting for. They come in huge migrations with several different species mixed into the mass. There are snow geese here but also some Canada geese and a little pintail duck at the bottom as well."
