Details
This is the Cascade Mountains of the Pacific Northwest. It's an area where wolves have just recently been sighted again. They were thought, by some, to be extinct . . . until now.
The expanse of the area in which they live is huge. They travel in large groups - up to 30 animals. They live in social groups; they hunt together, they have a hierarchy. They are coming through the woods in search of water. There is a sense that there are more wolves than you see. Are there?
