Harbor Light

The view looks on as if standing on a hillside, looking west across the harbor to the soaring spire of Trinity Church. In the background is the island village of Jamestown, named in honor of King James I. While much of the landscape has changed in 300 years, the harbor and the boats undulating in it are very much the same. As the sailboats come to anchor, they will lower their sails in a ritual of the sea centuries old.
