OCEAN MIST

"I love walking in the morning, exploring new sights and sounds. At the end of a peninsula in California, I discovered this lighthouse," related artist Mo. "It appeared out of the morning mist, like a beacon calling me to a new world. I thought it was very well suited to the kind of painting I like to do -the realistic landscape in a dreamlike context. The finished work reminded me of some of the work I did in China, such as 'Fishing Hut.' I guess it just goes to show that our similarities are greater than our differences."
